This tool allows the creation and update of custom printed forms for ADMINO or WEBMINO.
This visual tool is based on the use of monospaced fonts (non proportionnal) supplied with the software to produce coherently aligned custom forms.
Just drop elements from the toolbox on the form including graphics [BMP-GIF-JPEG], lines and boxes.
The following forms can be created or modified:
- invoices/orders/quotes
- checks
- customer statements
- purchase orders
- payroll forms (T4-R1)

Data Conversion

Data conversion tool for ADMINO 5/Sirius 5/Sirius 4/Novosys to ADMINO version 7
This utility reads the data from older programs and converts the data for use with ADMINO version 7.
This conversion is non destructive for the source data and can be used repeatedly
(1 initial conversion for testing and training, then another later when ready to used the system in place of the old program).
This conversion is not required to upgrade from version 6 to version 7

Inventory Control for ADMINO version 7
This utility is designed to assist you when you take physical count of your inventory.
It registers and unordered list (because inventory is taken by physical order not by any specific numbered order) and then sorts and summarizes it.
A bar code reader can optionnaly be used.
You can then produce different comparative inventory lists with your ADMINO data and show the variance for quantity and cost value.
Once the inspection is done, you can use the transfer-fix features to set your ADMINO inventory to the proper quantities.
