Our data backup service is offered as an automated service (1 backup per night) for the WEBMINO system users and a manual (on demand) service for ADMINO users.
The service is provided through a cluster of redundant servers, in a high security, temperature controlled emplacement. A WEBMINO portal allows users of the service to view backup transmission records.
Backup data restoration is available through vocal autorisation by phone from the account manager to keep data security at a maximum.
A online data recovery can be available at all times if such a written request is provided by the account manager.
The price of the service is 10$* CDN per month for 1 data structure directory (ex: C001) payable once per year. (*plus tax).
